Report a translation problem
it creates a bad registry entry , steam broke it back in 2019 and never fixed it
it is NOT AN ISSUE With the UBI connect ONLY version of the game
see this post , you may need to remove a reg entry due to a failed steam update in late march 2019

remember re opening the editor will again brick your game most likely
no idea why steam broke it and did not fix it .. it is not an issue here as anymore i just use a UBI connect only copy of the title
