What's in the Gold Edition?

Hi!
Does the Gold Edition include Valley of the Yetis and the Season Pass?

you get base game + all DLC with the gold version


+ a few added missions in the SP game get added...... but you have to complete some missions until they become available they appear as a yellow star on your in game map
the added ones are

the syringe ..Single Player main game mission
yak farm Single Player main game mission
blood ruby Single Player main game mission

also VOY is a seperate campain as is escape from durgesh from the main game
both can be played in co op (add your freinds via uplay for best results )

you acces both of those from the main game window on the right under chronicles

the hurk pack adds a few guns you start with main game ...once you hit your first in game weapons locker in banapur ... that you do not have to buy ... that make do crafting easier in the SP game (note you will have to do stuff to craft holsters to carry more weapons )

the three extra guns are found under signature weapons in the in game menu are

Elephant gun .700 Nitro - available immediately in the in-game shop.
Sandman 1911 Pistol - available immediately in the in-game shop.
Driller PKM - available immediately in the in-game shop.
Butcher’s Machete - available immediately in the Arena (the Arena is unlocked after The Mouth of Madness).

note also the butcher machete is only a skin for your knife you will see only in the arena .
your blade changes from a gurka to a tanto style blade that has a bit more damage ..but only when your in the arena..

and yep i have the gold version ..bought the game the night it shipped in 2014 added the season pass a month later ..over all great game i have over 1200 hours in it .. look also to the multitide of good user maps made for the game ..you cant go wrong with a purchase of FC 4

it depends on anyone's preference but I got 100% completion rate..

far cry 4 gold cost currently = $15 ..if ya can not scrape up a measly 15 bucks .. get a better job ..of just get the standard editon ..for half that price ..gold adds alot to the game

VOY alone is an easy 5 to 6 hours of game play ..the added other SP missions about 2 hours if ya take your time

add in escape from durgesh ..the grind mode ..and yea its hard to beat ..add in 6 to 8 more hours (if your lucky and yea its frustrating to play as yep its hard)

so yea thats about $1 per hour of added game play ..that yea alot can be replayed

remember even with the base game you can not play every mission in the game unless ya play the base game ... all the way thru at least twice

if you choose amita's side your gonna get different missions and out come then if you choose sabals side

so 15 bucks for all FC 4 content is not a bad price at all ..i paid $89.99 for mine .. and still to this day ..i do play this game ..after over 1200 hours

plus add in all the great user made maps ..at 15 bucks its a steal .

plus i forgot the Hurk guns .. they make crafting alot easier ..as yep ya start the game with tools you can use ..that can and do make your crafting alot easier as well as weapons that make some early missions.. alot easier..love my sandman .45 for that early hostage mission ..as well as the elephant gun for taking out the 8 rhino hides i need , plus bears and yaks .


you can't go wrong with FC 4 gold for 15 measly bucks

gold is 19.99 $can... base game is 9.99 and season pass 7.49 (17,48 for both)
do you get more stuff in gold ? or should i pay base game + season pass ?
i just buy game and season pass... i will see by myself ;-)
