Where is Bhadra

I've finished the campaign on Amita's side, and in the final cutscene she said she had "Sent Bhadra away and she won't come back". I wonder if this is true, considering Amita wasn't really into that concept of the Tarun Matara to begin with and she might as well just have killed Bhadra, so is there any further confirmation or information on this?
I also found a location named something like "Tomb of the Tarun Matara" near the actual crowning temple that I blew up when siding with Amita, but I didn't find Bhadra's body, or anything else that indicates what happened to her there

If you look up where Bhadra is on youtube you can watch the theories. They're pretty solid, but it's pretty certain that they killed her and dumped her in a river. :|

Hmm, that's pretty sad. Still, would have been nice to actually have a nod to what happened to her, even if it were just some note in a field hospital saying "We couldn't save Bhadra after she was delivered with severe shooting injuries"
