if you do not want to auto craft em .. don't pick green leaves
you have to have 2 green leaves to auto craft a healing syringe .. so if you dont pick any it wont auto craft a healing syringe
and you';ll have to buy your health kits or find em in the open world
its not that hard of a concept to understand ..after all
your other syringes you have to collect leaves for and manually craft them via your q key and a mouse button
if you have a pirated version of the game i got no clue ..but thats how the retail version works
the context of this is that if i see a health kit sitting somewhere but I'm at max syringes, I can't collect that kit because i've got a huge surplus of leaves
so I'm just turning down free health
if you have too many leaves sell em at any weapons locker
I could use the free syringe in the medkit instead of using leaves to craft a new syringe, but the game crafts one before I can pick up the medkit
you can after upgradeing your syringe kit carry a max of 8
you will also need to check in your skills menu on how many health bars get filled with a syringe
Imagine that instead of only being able to carry 8, I can carry an infinite number of syringes at once. What I'm really carrying is 8 healing syringes and a couple of pairs of green leaves, but since the green leaves can't be used for anything else, they're basically already syringes.
The issue arises from the fact that the green leaves are basically "surplus syringes". They exist in their own unique storage separate from the actual healing syringes. Every time I use a healing syringe, the auto crafting system automatically takes a surplus syringe and converts it into a healing syringe.
Now, imagine a situation where I'm on low health, but I'm already carrying 8 healing syringes. I could use 1 of them, then craft a new healing syringe from the surplus. Instead of doing that, though, I could also take a premade healing syringe from a nearby medkit, saving me from using my surplus syringes. The auto crafting system prevents me from doing that by taking from my surplus syringes before I can take a premade healing syringe from the medkit. Since the game immediately takes a surplus syringe, it refills my syringe kit back to 8 immediately and i can't take a healing syringe
kinda autism tbh. if i were you i just wouldn't reply
look for a mod if you want a challenge ..or better yet make your own MOD where you have zero health .. no one in the game is forcing you to upgrade any skills or use special weapons
try beating the game with no updated skills and only a Knife and a bow and a hand gun
you do not get any different completion rate for picking up health kits and green leaves are indeed ALL over the place if you look .. so to be honest .. again i feel your post is pretty silly after all
you're a nice lad but ♥♥♥♥
Well, he's right. You are being silly. You're like Scrooge McDuck carrying a huge bag of money he just found and complaining that he can't pick up a penny from the ground while carrying the huge bag of money.
There are FREE and practically unlimited healing syringes all over the place and you're behaving like it's the end of the world if you can't collect them all.
feel the same way about auto pickup for ammo in games.i get what your saying i prefer inventory control and crafting manually as well.seems more immersive to me..
A man of taste.
