45fps lock

Something locks my fps at 45. At the start it goes at 60fps, but after when I start in a half minute it locks to 45 fps. But if I put windowed mode its good. And I don't know why. Can the windows lock it? Somebody please help me.

Im having the same problem, it constantly changes to 45 fps from 60fps.

If you have a solution to fix this problem please, reply back. To calrify the problem is:
The game loads up on 60 fps, then when you log in or start campaign it drops to 45 fps and does not change (im guessing its capped).
Then randomly, fps goes back up to 60 fps. after 30 seconds or so, it will drop back down to 45 fps. PLEASE HELP

Do you have VSync enabled? I personally haven't had any framerate related issues, I generally hover around the 50 FPS range with a few dips above and below. It's kind of the performance I expected.

I'd try Sparse VSync with Triple Buffering enabled, it seems to be doing pretty well on my own setup.

I've got an FX 8300 and R9 280 myself. It runs the game without any real issues, to be honest I didn't really mess with the settings other than VSync.

and again what is your PC hardware ???

post your FULL Steam System info .. this helps ... as no one can say what your problem may be until we know all of whats involved.. on YOUR system , we would only be guessing ....Ok ? thanks !

now look up top in steam look for where it says Help (right above the word LIBRARY)
(you will need to exit big picture mode if you have it active in Steam)

clik on that (it will open a drop down menu)

then clik system information

let that load , only takes a few seconds

once that loads with your system information

right clik on that window

then select all

then right clik again select copy

then when you post back

right clik and select paste on your reply

What I need to pluged into the gpu? My gpu is pluged into the mother board, and my two monitors pluged into the gpu.
