How can one reach this bell tower?

This tower is near Barnale's Textiles outpost, furthest northern area that I have yet accessed.
I tried to get there to kill two snipers who have the Z93 sniper rifle that I can take.
(I always assumed it was pointless swopping my weapon for another on a dead body as I thought it would be one of the available weapons at a trading post but then read about how to get this particular weapon.)
I set the waypoint and drove along the highlighted road shown on my mini map until it stopped.
I got out, observing cliff face all around. Using various grapple points I still could not reach the top. Some places there are no options to jump onto the rock above, just the on screen "detach"
Doing this I end up falling to my death then having to restart miles from there.
Do I need to fly there in a buzzer as I have spent hours trying to find alternative ways to get to the top.

use a buzzer or the ropes found at the base of the valley

Think I know which one you are talking about and as far as I have discovered it requires a gyro copter. I went along all of the grapple points and they lead nowhere. However, there are two other towers hard to get to, one has a subterranean entrance on the side of a cliff, the other a tunnel nearby the base of the tower going down into thr ground then over and in the tower.

you can grapple up to that tower location .. BTW .. you'll have wo swing from one cliff to another and you'll come up inside the tower itself ..you'll see the bell layng out side of a cave if you grapple right ..i just did it here

Thank you. You are correct. I tried all available grapple points and none lead to the top.
I moved around to another rock face and got to the top where I could see the tower across the huge void between the two rock faces. Flying is deffinately the only way.

I tried swinging from one rope to another numerous times but got nowhere. I end up hanging there with only one option, to "detach" This results in me falling to my death.

You know...you can swing from a position like that using the arrow keys up and down ( point back the way you came ), detach high, hit the wing suit and parachute safely down.

Success, but what a bring down. Here's why.
There were supposed to be two snipers at that tower and killing then would give me a Z93 sniper rifle. To start closer to the tower I first went guns blazing into Barnali's Textiles and eventually
freed this fast travel location. I then drove to the cliff west of the tower. I got to a point where I could clearly see the tower across that void. This time I managed to locate grapple points and for the first time practiced swinging backwards then forwards and finally got across without falling to my death. From there it was a simply a case of going into a cave then grappling up into the tower.
Here comes the disappointment. Instead of enemy snipers being there there were friendlies, no guns. All this effort in vain.

BECAUSE YOU FREED THE OUTPOST FIRST , thats why it was not guarded by red army troops most likely as that terrirtoy is now controlled by the golden path so pagans royal guard tropps will not occupy that tower .

here is how i do it
play the game till you unlock ACT 1 and meet Hurk (at kalina bazzar)
take over a few southern outposts to get some crafting done
, take out a few towers why using the buzzer gyro copter you find at kailina bazzar

then fly dirertly to that tower east of barnali's textiles out post .. on the way take a few towers and blow up a few cargo trucks on the way (its a long flight but only takes a few min )

land the chopper on the top of the cliff away from the tower .. sneak up with a bow and throwing Knives

you should find 2 solders armed with P416 assault rifles + 2 Snipers with the Z 93 rifles
take your time taking them out and do not get seen and make sure the snipers are not on the edge of a cliff or they may drop their Rifles off the cliff use rocks to distract them if you have to ..

but if you took out the outpost at barnali textiles first before going to the tower .. you lost your chance to get those weapons early at that tower .

your next chance to get a Z 93 will be in the first Willis mission now

That's a good point. I always liberate the bell towers first and follow up with the outposts later on. Maintains a higher amount of enemies to fight ~ especially in the North ( just to keep them around for fun fights ). I take them earlier in the South for the Fashion mission upgrades.

Swing around until you stumble upon a knocked off bell. Now look at the rocks next to it, there is the entrance to the cave . Go inside, head up, you're in the bell tower
