How is this game for Single Player?

Been thinking about getting this and Far Cry 3 but I only want to play SP.

Can someone tell me how it is in SP? Some of the posts I found talk about SP as being really COOP but only you...except some say others can just jump in on your game.

Any advice? Thanks!

You can really only play SP, i don't know if others can jump into your game, but you can run in offline. But otherwise the Story and gameplay is great. Multiplayer has always been kind of dead.

You can play single player just fine. The most hours I spent in this game are in single player (just simply roaming around, even).

Co-op in FC4 with a friend is fun, even for just fooling around. You should really try it out sometime.

Others can jump in your game if you choose "Single Player (Online)" from the main menu. If you choose offline, then you won't have randoms joining you.

Good posts on the game guys and good heads up. Prefer SP myself.

This is a singleplayer open world action adventure game with pretty interesting story and completely dead multiplayer (MP is NOT connected with SP campaign, it's just some kind of battle royale for ppl who wanna shoot other ppl
All Far cry games are 99% singleplayer
