Program can't start because smackw32.DLL is missing error

i have been trying to download TAESC. mod and i got all the patches and everything except the map packs and ive been getting this. Also does this matter if i have the patches and everything if they are not in my steam game folder because before i tried doing this mod, i downloaded the resource patch and it was automatically created in an other folder labeled "CAVEDOG" and it ran my game fine. Any thing that might help or something that i did musplace or not do correctly? Thankyou for reading. P.S my base game still runs fine
