Should work just fine, from all I can see the Steam version is the same as the GoG one, and the 3.9.02 works on it just fine.

Yeah just installed the Community Patch and now TA Fails to launch.

Which error message? If you have the direcx error you need to install the hotfix as well.

same, the game crash with community patch. no error message except error message of windows program stopped working.

I have win 10 but the game without patch work perfectly.

Run the totala.exe in admin mode and install the hotfix.

Edit: game with unoffical patch works in windowed mode but not fullscreen
Edit 2: Found the hot fix game works again now.

Yeah, I can confirm that 3.9.02 definitely works with the Steam version.
