How to remove fog of war in campaign?

I'm finding for of war a total pain in the *** I have radars setup with artillery all around there and the enemy is still shooting from out of site and my guys don't shoot back

Your guys need a powered (-1200Eps) Targetting Facility to auto-attack radar targets. You can set a Skirmish to be LOS = Full. Single Player cheat used to be +nowisee. My own AI is built with this in mind, it will not build any radars, thus it needs the LOS like the player does to scout things out to be able to attack them = it drives up close and personal.
