Looking for Core Contingency, Battle Tactics, and the safest place to download mods

Ive just downloaded this game after many many years of having forgot it entirely. My favorite part of the game was the large maps, the unite diversity, and the ability to add modded units to the point of basically screwing the game up.

I was hoping that somebody could point me in the direction where I can find these 3 things? CC, BT and unit downloads.
