Thanks, I can read too. I guess what I'm trying to ask is, minus the steam exclusive features, has the game been upgraded any differently from the GoG.com version which is HD too?

No. Talking about any physical upgrades to the game/gameplay other than the steam exclusive parts. And the answer was no.
