Well, I think that video is just save file editing, but even so, he has videos that even say "This Split/Second DLC has been ported in PC version"

That doesn't make any sense to be honest. If that was the case, this game would have been removed off of Steam as well. Also, someone would have probably released it already if that is the case.

I know, I also found stuff about the dlc never being released on pc... then again I also saw posts about being a deluxe edition containing all the dlc so I dont know man its confusing as ♥♥♥♥

Game has been removed from steam for some time. Disney readded a decent amount of games to steam later. Not sure if disney even used steam for the pc versions before that.

Well someone already ported the dlc to pc including with some sound effects from ps3, this mod literally improved the game quality like the ps3 version..
