Report a translation problem
Our game is made in the New Unreal Engine 5. It uses a forced software raytracing called Lumen. We did not use normal lights to light up the scene; instead, we used Lumen to Illuminate the whole game.
Lumen requires GTX 1050 or above.
GPUs that do not support lumen are the GT 1030, GTX 900 series, GTX 700 series, and below.
This is the reason you are facing the Lights Problem.
