GW Serial Code, Password and Character Issues!!!!!!

I've Literally had this problem for five years now or even more. Like the title says, ...

1) Lost my box, so don't have Serial Code (Was small back than, didn't think of writing it down)
2) Forgot the names of my characters
3) Forgot my Password

NOW is there someone that can help me PLEASE?!
All I wanted to do is to play this game, since to me it was like the elders scroll. THE BEST GAME I had ever played, but thanks to the HACKERS back than they put in the requirement for putting in your character name.

I have already sent emails to them before I deleted the game five years ago and they didn't do anything to help me, because they didn't reply. ...

First of all do you even remember the email you used to sign up for guild wars? Did you not bother to call Ncsoft to request your missing information?

I do and I did, but they didn't even reply for help me at all with my probelm

I have a similar, although less complicated issue of not remembering either of my character names, even though I have all my other information. I have sent Anet's support 2 e-mails 6 days back, including ample info on my name, key, issue, etc., and have yet to recieve any word from them. I also made a forum post on the GW2 forums about this issue, and I have yet to recieve a reply on that either.

It really sucks that I paid $30 for this game back in '12, but because I didn't write my character names down, I now can't even log into the game until Anet's slow-ass support helps (or doesn't) me. It's like they only reply if you're asking about GW2, since that's their big cash-cow right now.

Did you buy it from Steam? If so, go to the store page in the Steam client and click "CD Key".

I know right? I really liked my character, his level was good and I had a good thing going till the HACKERS made everything go down the drain.

I didn't, :P I actually just found this program a long time ago and just signed up for it lol. After a few years later I found out about Steam and that I already made an account, but I bought the game a months after it was out. Me signing up on steam before even realizing was, probably the best thing I ever done. lol
