Password Reset

How the hell do I reset my password for this game? The ingame link doesn't work. I've gone to their website and clicked forgot password and it "sent" me a link - which I never got. Anyone have a direct link to how I reset my password.

Hi, I have been having similar issues with the game the support is on a case by case issue also there has been some ways like contacting the GW2 account people and tell them about the issue and see if they can fix. If not there is a way that you purchase GW2 and sync both and reset password that way.

IDK if this still works, but try logging in through NCsoft website to change password.

So i found a way I had to contact the support on gw2. If anyone needs futher help I can email you what i did.

There are two ways to get it back and you can use the password reset on the GW2 site or submit a ticket to request help on the GW side https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new.

i just try to reset it from gw2 system but it didnt work also send a ticket hope they can help D:

Same here and was able to give me a reset link in two days.
