Choosing the second class
My main class is ranger because i like the idea of tame wild npc around and leveling up them. I need to choose second class, but quest npc says that, i might have limitations on my first class beacause of that. Is that mean, i might choose ranger class the second time and open the full potential of this class, which whill be loose if i choose other class?

After certain time ingame, you will come to a point where you can choose which ever 2nd. class you like.

Keep doing quests, for your 1st. and 2nd. skills.

About which limitations for first class, when i choose second, then talked npc? It's possible in this quest to choose ranger class as second as well, when this is already first?

Not sure what limitations the NPC talked about, none comes to mind. A secondary profession only expands your available skills and attributes, doesn't restrict them. You can entirely ignore your secondary profession if you want.

Can you tell, which quest that dialogue was in? I can look up on the wiki what they exactly say.

And no, you can't pick the same secondary as your primary profession, there would be no point anyway.

Ever single character has to choose a secondary class. IF you want you can ignore your secondary profession. MOST of the time the secondary just helps fill in the gaps that your class can't do. You are never limited by choosing and secondary.

You have to choose a different profession other than the one you are using as the main.

If you need help in choosing a secondary or what makes the most sense, I'll be happy to help.

You will never be as good at your secondary profession as you are at your primary profession. The secondary profession is meant to synergize with the primary.

Hello there my friend. You are worried that your ranger will be lesser than for having a second profession. That will not be the case. Perhaps you misunderstood the NPC, the reality of the situation is that you will be accumulating twice as many skills, and your bar only allows 8 at a time, so if there will be any limitation it would be that one. Enjoy your ranger, that is my class as well and I second warrior, it has only boosted my capacity, not limit it,

Ranger + Elementalist is a good combo for bursting fire damage. You can use conjure flame and have fire attacks for good damage.

Ranger + Warrior is great for running into front lines with your pet and equipping a Hammer for good damage and CC abilities.

Ranger + Monk is solid for heals if you feel like you need that.

There really is no WRONG choice. Some do work better than others yes, but the fun is theory crafting your own builds and having fun.

Thank all for help, i made a mistake overthinking and foolishing myself with quote: "but you must still bear the armor of your primary profession". Now i understand class chossing corectly, and that it's nothing to worry about.
