Until today, there is no other game, rpg or mmo that can rival pvp segment of GW.
So, if I buy the trilogy here on Steam and launch the client, I can use an EotN key from elsewhere/buy via official website and when I launch my Steam version in the future the EotN expansion will download because it's linked to my ANet account that my Steam version is? Sorry that seems obvious but I just want to check.
The game feels so much different.
Pre-Searing also has a completely different market from the rest of the game, and some people make profit by ferrying valuable items from Pre to Post, but for most players there's no point of staying there.
I personally keep an alt there for the scenery, but moved my actual story character out of there as soon as I was done with all the quests.
I think I'll skip all that and just play the game normally :D Managed to get the resurrect skill (thank you, kind stranger), so now I feel comfortable continuing the game.
