At the loading screen click the button at bottom right to "Create" a character.
On the following screen click on " Roleplaying Character " then click the button at bottom right that states " Next ".
You should now be able to select which campaign you wish to start from.
There should be 3...
1. Prophecies
2. Factions
3. Nightfall.
I suggest starting with Proph's ("imo") as that is where it began, the other 2 came after as add-ons.
1) If you got the game from a legitimate site, either the Guild Wars store or Steam and such, you should be able to start a character and play any of the campaigns (except Eye of the North). If these options are not available for you, perhaps you must add the keys seperately. I am not sure if this could be the case, but it is certainly worth checking out. If you still can not access the other campaigns, you should contact the Guild Wars Support Team by sending in a ticket for them to review.

2) If you got the game from a non-legitimate site, or from a friend, you may have been ripped off. In that case I am sorry for your loss and would suggest that you either play with what you have or buy the campaigns that you are missing.
