where can i check which expansions i own?

im looking every where in the menu but can't seem to find the expansion's i have installed since i own a couple of dlc off of steam

On the Character Select Screen bottom left corner Edit Account -> Manage Access Keys.

so i have eye of the north on disc would i have to insert the disc so it can show up?

The disc doesn't matter, only the CD key that came with it. You need to add that to your GW account.

(The game will just download whatever assets it needs from the server.)
