I know this is pretty much like me asking you if you made sure your computer is plugged in, but I gotta ask... Did you find the option that increases the UI size? Because that is a thing.

Yes u can put it on larger in 4k it's still a big to small for the ui lay out can barely see chat n enemies hp bar

I think you can resize the HP bar in the interface menu 🤔 I've seen videos of people running around with enormous HP bars.

its either resizing it, or resizing it and gettting a new interface mod downloaded and run. sometimes a different interface blown up can be easier to read.
