Can't log in?
I tried logging into my account but I can't remember if it needed to be arena net account or your steam login? I tried with an arena net account but it says I don't own the game while I know I own it via steam. Did something change since I played it last? It has been a while.

It's your ArenaNet account that you need to login with, but not sure what could cause the issue. Can you log in on the GW2 website? It's the same account details.

I was able to log in on the arena net site fine. When I do so on the guild wars account portal it says it can’t find my email even though I can reset my password to said account.

Have you added the GW1 code that Steam gave you to your existing ArenaNet/GW2 account?

I tried via redeem code. No luck. Just odd since I was able to play this previously.
