You don't. You pretty much need to do everything you can possibly do in GW1 if you want to max it out

Just 5? Honestly not that long seeing as you get 3 points just for linking your accounts (Depends on how fast you play)

The fastest to 5 points is probably account linking + MOX statue + lvl 20 pet or finish a single campaign.
