Response time from ArenaNet about ticket? Switching linked GW1 accounts?

At some point I linked my old GW1 account to GW2, and didn't realise my GW1 account was locked (it's been years since I last played it). I sent in a ticket about getting it unlocked and haven't heard anything in over a day. What's the average wait time for GW1-related issues?

On a slightly different note, has anyone had any luck with switching the GW1 account linked to GW2? Say I have two GW1 accounts, and linked one of them to GW2. I'd like to use the other GW1 account instead.

i don't think you can switch accounts once it's linked. maybe you can get support to access it again.

Been waiting a week and a half to get my issue resolved. Everytime I get an email from them for something that they need, it's another few days wait. I got tired and just bought the game on Steam and made a new account.

I went ahead and did the same thing lol (tired of waiting, just created a new GW1 acc on an email alias and attached the keys to it).

Hopefully support can switch the linked GW1 account, but if not, I suppose it won't be too big of a deal.

It took them 2 weeks to get back to me, I just had my account unlocked not even an hour ago
