How to deal with big headed bosses? (Eg Blueberry)

As the title says. I have no idea how to consistently take him down other than mag dumping into him and praying that he goes down . I imagine he is a lvl 3 armor kinda boss so I've been spamming his torso with AP rounds from my pistol but no good result. Any ideas ? Thank you!

Stagger him with a leg/waist shot and use a handgun/AR with AP rounds to the head. Make sure to aim closer to the base of the neck than the top of the head as the head is smaller than the mask he wears.

Another method is just baiting him running a straight line towards you and headshotting him with AP rounds.

Damn this is the first time I've realised hes wearing a mask! Funnily I've never seen his mask drop previously when I've killed him. If I remember right, the FMJ round has more stun than AP round, so may have to experiment on it. I'm still stuck on the base pistol (AP rounds) + AR and have a lot to unlock XD. Thanks for the idea! I know right! Scared me to death, literally, when I first saw him. Stun is pretty helpful, sometimes AP is just a little more helpful with armoured enemies.

One more thing, I'm not sure if this is true or not but, I think armoured enemies take more damage when you shoot them in the neck (sort of like in John Wick 3). That's why I usually try to down them and then go for the neck.
