It's a cheap, short, intense game. It does get quite challenging, you'll need to tune your weapons to deal with late-game enemies. I think most of my friends would find this very hard, I just found it satisfying but I've spent far too many thousands of hours playing competitive online shooters since I was a kid.

That said, this was genuinely still satisfying to play, despite playing games like The Finals recently against real players. The enemies do not become entirely predictable even by the time you finish it.
It's a steal for the price, probably the best game in its genre (extraction shooters).

short answer, yes
long answer, hell yea
this game is super hard...anybody that says it isnt must be the best gamer alive or something.
I played through it in 6 hours.
I came back for a round, but there is nothing for me to do than just go in a level and shoot. ( no unlocks left)

What I would love to see is a nightmare mode which lets me carry 2 main weapons. The highler waves are fun, but I'd like to play them without being forced to almost only peek and shoot because the armored guys tank so much( yes my aim sucks)

So replayability ? Rather limited surely.

But its a steal ! If those 5 bucks arent your only free 5 bucks, then go for it :D its hella fun

It gets difficult and its well worth the purchase, actually if anything, difficulty is linear, the hardest possible time will be when you first start and if you get to the late waves with the no unlocks, replayability is sadly limited, you can keep playing it for as long as you want, and repeat tasks but when you have gotten all the unlocks there isnt anything new to discover. That said, what is here is really nice, the gunplay is amazing, and i see myself going back to experience it over and over.

yea I am just surprised its 1.0 already.
Yes, I know it was only 5 bucks. But the content is..well...like a short story. Over before it began.

It has weird scaling that you kind of just have to "deal with" like the starting weapons you get suck for armor and you have to interact with an RNG system of "hoping you get armor piercing ammo for your guns instead of any other attachment".

Game can be perfect if they just let us buy upgrades for our guns outright (can be more expensive) vs having to be lucky to unlock them to be purchased.

For me it was a few hours of just not being able to take out the armored guys under 40-50 shots until I got AP ammo for my pistol then all of a sudden all my other guns are just used to knock the armored guys over and the pistol actually kills them while they're on the ground.

Here's an unlisted video I uploaded of how your experience will basically be like for armored enemies until you get AP: https://youtu.be/p_1Q8XPynvU

Other than that game picks up once you get AP on any gun to deal with those enemies.
If you don't have any AP it just feels like you can shoot people forever and they can just turn around and 1tap you because the people with heavy armor also happen to have the better guns in the game.

(This video was made in my earlier gameplay before I had all the upgrades I know people will tell me to get HP upgrades to be able to tank a shot)

Thank you!
