how much bigger is the full game
I thoroughly enjoyed the demo, even though I'd beaten all 3 after 13 minutes.
Is there any information about how much more the full game has to offer?

One of the devs mentioned it in another thread. Also, if you liked the demo, you should like the full game. Sadly, this isn't my case. I just hope for you guys who will play it that the length isn't just superficial (walking every time to get to the titan again etc)... :(

Average playthrough tends to be between 3-5 hours for normal, then you get hard mode/new game+ to keep you going if you're into that/are a masochist.

The full game has 18 titans, the demo is a pretty good representation of the game so if you liked the demo you'll probably like the full thing, and if you hated it the full game might not be for you ;)

There's no new weapons throughout, you simply have your one arrow, the thing that changes through the game is the bosses - each being very different to one another.

Here the original post ! :)
Also, I was wrong, it's between 3-5 hours for the average player.

Ok, I did like the demo, but is this game all the time like the demo ? I mean, just killing bosses ?

I think its fair to say this game took a lot of influence from Shadow of the Collossus, which is just 'killing bosses', but easily one of my all time favourites.

Yea, it's not going to be very long and it's just killing bosses. Not for me really. Never played Shadow of the Colossus so this gameplay isn't really near and dear to me. I do think it's really cool how a full game developed from a game jam though. I'm a fan of the process for sure.

I recommend you to play SotC. I have been amazed by this game on PS2, and bought the HD edition on PS3. Devoured every bit of this game last summer. And even if Titan Souls is an homage to Shadow of the Colossus, TS feels very cheap, gameplay-wise. Not the same price, but feels cheap. The bosses could be fun, but the walking is useless.

One of my favourite things in SotC was to make my way to the next Colossi. Because, even if the game is old, i'm still amazed by the settings and universe you're going through, the desert, the waterfalls. Seeing the Colossi far from a distance, and realize that it's 30th times bigger than your character. A very beautiful game.

I wouldn't say that the walking is useless. It's kind of like a buildup, and it feels a lot more genuine than teleporting to each boss. It feels like they're all actually part of the universe that you're in, instead of you just teleporting to wherever they are, and you never really know anything about where they live, or where YOU even live. It adds a very nice touch to the game, IMO.

I'm not against this actually, but in Titan Souls, it feels that it lacks something to catch me. I'm just afraid that the average 3-5 hours to beat the game is just about 75% walking to boss, 25% boss, and nothing else. I could be wrong, and I hope I'll be wrong. But that's what I'm feeling about it. So I wait patiently, and will see if the game can be surprising ! :)
