If it helps, I'm running 64-bit Windows 8.1 with an ATI Radeon HD 4870 graphics card.
first what u need to do is right click on titan soul inside steam and go to properties.
go into updates and make sure it not synchronize this game to steam. that is importat cuz steam save everything in there sever.
secon thing go to local files and delete local game conent.
after that u go into your documents in your pc and look for (my games) and delete the whole file titan souls.
now u go back into steam and reinstall the game. This will probebly work for most game. i have had the same problem with other games
