[HELP] STEPS If you have bugs, crashes or issues in game

Hello Heroes,

While the team is currently working on a second patch for the title, we would like to ask again for your inputs in order to help us in identifying the sources of current bugs and crashes. 

To do so, it would be really useful for our devs to recover the following information: 
* the dxdiag
* the crash.dmp "crash dump"
* the log file

DXDIAG -- HOW do I get that?
--------------------
Click on the START menu of Windows and search/type "dxdiag"
Tap ENTER or click on dxdiag.exe
A "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window should pop up.
In this window choose "Save all information".
After you've saved the file, please send it to us.

CRASH DUMP -- HOW do I get it?
--------------------
Get on your H3HD data folder. You'll find "crash.dmp".
This file is heavy, right click on it and "zip" it in an archive file (.zip, .rar...)
Then host it in order to let us downloading it (OneDrive shared folder, WeTransfer platforms... for examples) and give us the links.

The dotemu_log.txt is at the same place than the Crash.dmp, please send it to us as well.

If you still have crashes or bugs, please share with us those 3 documents in a zipped folder with a clear explanation of the issue in attached comment (example: crash when trying to launch multiplayer mode/ unable to launch the game etc.)

Tbh, can you post the planned date for the release of patch 1.2? My GF still cant play this game, its a shame. The old CD-Version is running fine, she only spent money for the german version.

This is a major bug, there should be a hotfix incoming after 1-2 weeks, not months. You should hand out something like the features from the old "Complete"-Edition to the ppl with that issiue for free as a compensation...

Every time I try to click on single scenario the game lags hardcore. Scrolling the map lists and picking one is nearly impossible. If I make it that far and want to choose my castle and hero I run into the same thing. There's a good 5 full seconds of delay between clicking on something and that action being performed. What gives. 1920x1200

I can fix my problem if I press f2 in game to switch to the normal game mod and the lag is suddnely gone. I would prefer a fix that allowed me to play the hd mode since thats what I paid for.

As soon as I click Single Scenario I get the error "Assert Failed; The program has encountered an undefined behaviour, see the logs for more details" and the program crashes.

Where can I send the dx diag, crash dump and log files once I zip them?

Hi,

I have crash when i ending first turn in the game. I was playing with a friend who invited me by steam. He haven't this problem when he playing with the other peoples.
The other problem is. Peoples can't see my game when I am hosting in the public games.

Because HD Edition is RoE and this is how it was in RoE. However if you use a mod you can use it like in Heroes 3 AB/SoD/Complete, as shown in the below video. You also get HD Mod functionality such as stack splitting, quick hero trading, and quick combat replay.

RoE only has 4 additional artifact slots, but apart from that it also has no combination artifacts. So Statue of Legion actually doesn't exist.
