Shadow of Death & Armageddon's Blade HD on Steam: why not?

Dear friends of HommIIIHD, few weeks ago the big game Heroes 3 is come to Steam to enjoy thousands fans once again!! I think It's one of the best epic game ever made....why not to have hd expansions -Shadows of Death and Armageddon's Blade- on steam? why not to ask from Steam petition to make an hd exp version for fans of this excellent game?
Can anyone make a petition by Steam (I don't know how to do)?
It would be very nice if that was possible, better if in more languages (italian too, in fact I'm Italian and sorry for my english).

You're right, but how much could it cost for fans? 15$? 20$? Or any market particular burocratic procedure? I know that it's not simple, but we could ask for now at least, couldn't we?

dog ate their homework and the dog ran away with the source codes for expansions....be patient, dont believe every thing you read on the internet. i have a feeling they will come as DLC later...the amount of players playing this online is aa big number...if ubisoft seees money in it, you will see the eexpansions aadded...we will havee to wait and see.

maybe we only have to wait for a dlc...if many players, as it seems, are purchasin' and playin' at Heroes, ubisoft will probably make the hd exp. I hope that you say will happen soon......hail to HOMM3!!! Does anyone know anything about HOMM7?

Announcement since December is that NWC only gave them the source code for Restoration of Erathia. So that's what they worked with.
That is why the game is missing all the expansion content.

If so, then why don't they also release a linux port on steam?
Besides sheer laziness. Which is absolutely believable as well, haha. The game should absolutely be steamplay.

They can always disassemble code from original expansions so i still dont see reason for no expansions.......

In fact, that would be possible. However, we don't have to care, Heroes is a great and popular game, it will be in completed version very soon because too many people love it!! Hang on guys, time is on our side.

I'm sure that expansions will be on steam very soon also because for Age of Empires 2 there was a similar situation: early, they put it on steam in basic version, after few months was available the forgotten realms exp too!

Forgotten Realms was a fan made mod that got converted to a full expansion, considerably more work than getting the expansions for HoMM3 should've been.

I wonder if you don't believe in gravity aswell...
