i want open heroes 3 to play.while i press play pop out Create Process Returned an error
Error Code : 2....how to fix?

Here's what you need to do, you need to go into the properties and validate the game file. If you have a decent antivirus, it may pick up the missing .exe file as a trojan file or whatever. Disable and validate, then it should play no problem.

the last thing about antivirus is: if you have like mcfee, norton or fsecure they can see it as a virus and delete it so you need to go in to the antvirus program and turn it off so it not gets deleted

okay so I uninstalled macafee (cuz ive been wanting to do that for a long time anyway, have something better) and it still has the error code. Like my macafee was expired and it wasnt my new antivirus, Malwarebytes Antimalware. makes no sense and I'm outraged because I waited two weeks after buying the game to play it and after one day it doesnt work... childhood dies hard, boys. please help us.

That's not a problem of antivirus. The bug comes from any other Source. I'm still trying to find out, from where it comes. But no positive feedback, yet. Will try some more things. @ubisoft: Come on guys, it's your turn. People payed for it, stop playing your balls, just fix this Error!!!

so with disabled antivirus (mcafee) error still remains? anybody solved this problem, or we should wait hotfix or something?

Same error here. I was in the game then it crashed and when I tried to start it again I received this error. This sucks. It better be fixed soon
