Fullscreen/resolution issues
So im having resolution/fullscreen issue. When i have any of the resolutions and the fullscreen box checked, it is zoomed into far and is only showing top left of in game menu/loading screens.

but when i use the same resolutions without the full screen box checked and in just a window, it displays it correctly. alt+enter does not work. Any ideas??thanks

you have a nvidia card?? turn dsr off in the 3d settings nvidia control panel

yes. im in the manage 3d setting in nvidia control panel and dont see anything called "dsr" in global or specific program settings?

I dont know I am seeing the same problem you are but I do think it looks far more zoomed in then the screenshots appeared and it more blurry then the screenshots looked.

That is disappointing. Its really not crisp at all so I am not sure if I have an issue or if its just this way. I hope its a bug because it sure doesnt look as clean and crisp as the store screenshots.

solution i found for me, hope it works for you. go to displays in control panel and select %100. its probably on %150 now. it makes icons and text smaller on desktop but game works perfect!

Solution is find a copy of the original Homm3 with all exp packs and MOD's and download free VCMI or HD mod so you can play in real HD and in a high resolution map instead playing 1/3 game with mega icons on your screen.

Thanks JP. I appreciate the tip. I am already on 100% but thanks.

I think its just how it looks. Its not bad just would like to actually zoom out just a bit so everything is just a little smaller and sharper.

That might actually make the 90's CGI style more bearable. (No , really, NWC had very bad art direction for MM6-9, and HoMM3 and 4. Sprites using less screen real state can only improve that).

I have also that Problem, the only thing i see is that here:

So it looks for me and have no clue how to fix that. Any Help/Ideas perhaps? I tried different Resolutions already, from FullHD to 4K and nothing works, i only see the upper left Part of the Screen and i am not able to get it running propper. :(

Is your font setting in windows set to anything higher than 100%?

If you go to control panel/display you should see the setting there.

did you try what i suggested above?? that worked for me

That worked perfectly fine. Beside that i can't read anything on my Desktop anymore *lol* Damned 4k :(

But setting the Icon/Font back from 150% to 100% works for the Game and i can play now. Awesome Guys!! Let's play now :)

If we can get a Fix for that perhaps? Would be nice and needed tbh.

Good deal. Thank JP there he figured that one out.

Glad it helped you get going. Maybe if we get a lobby tomorrow we get a game going.
