Black Screen

So when I start the game I can hear it, but all I get is a black screen. Any way to fix this?

Haha... I wish. This is the *IMPROVED* Version. Three months ago if I launched this POS, I didn't even get that much. After two patches, I at least get a black screen and some snippets of music.

It's not quite HOMM3, but I am grateful for the improvements, as you should be as well!

I have the same problem on my ASUS TF810c (Intel Atom, integrated graphics).
Sometimes, remembering the old days, I run the game and listen to the main theme...

Black screen with cursor

The game starts, plays sound but only displays a black screen. After i skip the intro it shows the ingame cursor on a black screen. I can interact with what i assume is the game menu but all i see is balck. Any suggestions?

Also, please check that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card.

If this persists, please contact our Support Team https://support.ubi.com including a DxDiag report and MS info, so we can further investigate this for you.

I have verified my files and checked my graphics card before i posted here. So now i should contact support so my question can be ignored like it has been (03075509). If the graphics work enough to show the ingame cursor why wouldnt they work to play the game? Thank you for providing very little help!

windows 7 intel (R) HD graphics and... black screen

just bought the game, installed it and once i tried to play it the sounds came... the screen just stay black. the cursor is the only thing that appears after the start scene (that i can only hear but not see at all) even with the screen black i can hear that the game itself is there once if i click anything it make the sounds of it. please help me i really dont want to have to request for a refund. i have already sent an request as well for ubsoft (03735428) since i can never find the online support online.
