Enemy movements are not shown

I have the following problem with my multiplayer campaign:
When enemy heroes move across the map where i have revealed the map, I am used to that my screen jumps there and thows me the enemy movement. this is not working though. when its their turn I can only see them when i move my screen manually to their location, also movement is instantly without any walking animation.
In the options I have NOT selected "dont show enemy movement" but have selected, slowes option.
Is this a bug??

You have in-game options where you can adjust if you see them, how slow /fast/or like you have now - not at all.

If you are not last player in multiplayer, you will not see enemy movements

as I said- i did not use this in-game option.
what is "last player" in multiplayer?

Well means if you are last player in game
2 players playing and second player (last player) will be able to see movements
Also you have button to rewind last turn and see what/where is opponent

okay weird but this would fit. but why would they only make the last player in the list being able to see enemy movements? is this a bug?
Never seen any button like this. where do I find it?

Below your hero picture you can see flag.
Click on it and you'll see additional options: what faction the opponents have chosen (information about map), the puzzle map and rewind the last turn. You will be able to see enemy movement.

okay thats great! this works! Still weird that the movements are not shown, but now one can see it manually.

movement? i mean maybe you should change how fast ppl are mving to see them?
To do it go to options and you will see enemy and hero movement

no the enemy movements are not shown at all for one player when ending the turn, as I said. but with this option one can make it work manually and then the movements are visible in the repeat.
