Game does not launch, or 'OpenAL32.dll was not found'

Hey folks :)

We've noticed an increase in the number of players encountering issues launching Might & Magic 3 HD Edition, and in many cases, this is due to a file being missing from Windows. Sometimes you won't see an error message if you launch the game directly from Steam, but launching from the .exe file in the game's folder should always show the OpenAL32.dll error message.
