Sorry to hear you're missing sound in-game!
May we please know more about this issue and what you've checked already, including;
- The Audio device you're using (headphones, speakers)
- Have you checked the game in your Windows Volume Mixer (to ensure the game hasn't been silenced)?
- Do you use any spatial sound (Dolby Atmos, Windows Sonic, Virtual 7.1 on a headset)?

Just to check, are you sound drivers fully up to date?
As far as troubleshooting goes, do note that under the tweaks tab in the HD launcher, there will be default music value, so make sure it is not set to 0.
Additionally, if you do have anti-virus software, you can try temporarily disabling it as it can sometimes be the case of whitelist the game within your software settings.

after a few uninstall/reinstall the program...the game stopped working...
It just won't open, as in nothing happens after clicking 'play'
And it doesn't only happen to my computer, I try it on another desktop and it also won't open anymore...
Sorry to hear you're now unable to launch the game.

LOL.... :D WHAT MEANS DUE TO WIN 10. This game is working on windows 10. No sound in game due to win 10? ubisoft support have to be trained better :S
