Difference beteween HEROES OF MIGHT & MAGIC III - HD vs GOG COMPLETE EDITION?

I have both... what's the difference my friends? I've decided to start to play today :\

The differance for me is that the HD will run on my computer. Since getting windows 7 I have not been able to run the original homm3 complete no matter how I try.

Why GOG Complete edition is better than Ubi$oft's "HD"

1. Armageddon's Blade and Shadow of Death expansions - they contain one brand new town (conflux), new creatures, new heroes, new artifacts, new campaigns, in-game map generator, bug fixes (moat now works), balance fixes (castle less op, fortress less useless), etc.

2. Possibility to install free HD-mod[sites.google.com], which allows running game in any resolution, with or without stretch filters, makes game interface a lot more comfortable, also eliminating some of annoyances (such as pause before every battle) and bugs (such as getting starting hero inprisoned)

3. It actually looks better. I can give you some screenshots to compare.

I would LOVE to run the GOG version. It looks great and adds tons of new content and features. I am only willing to settle for the HD version because its all I can get to run. At least you got a laugh out of my situation.

I'm running GOG version in win 10 without problems, with HD-MOD... it's sweeeeeeet

DUDE, it's criminal that the HD mod is not bundled into the complete edition!
