Avoid this server, they encourage explicit behaviour and harassment in public channels. You can only imagine what is taking place in people's DM's.

Patently false. Such folks get popped when they do/get reported. Same on their forums.

And while some of the changes to the game they've made in the last few years I've not agreed with to various extents, you're claim on that is rather silly.
