in the first scenario "Race Way" I follow the instructions to set up Rotem cab car, release the brakes and apply power but the train don't move. Appears to have no power. Anyone else had this problem?

You probably forgot a set-up step. Play the tutorial again and then try it again.

Did you close the door that you used to enter the train? That's the only thing you aren't reminded to do when setting up the cab. Of course you can also close the door by pressing "u".
