Free on Gamepass

The standard edition, which includes 3 routes, is available on gamepass so is a low risk, low cost entry into this sim :)

I think they have the months trial for $1 or £1 running again.

You are correct though......what I should have said was that the standard edition is included in gamepass so someone like me who is already a subscriber, can jump in with no additional cost :)

Nope, the free starter pack only includes the Trianing Center, no other route.

On gamepass you can get the standard edition, which includes 3 routes....

I know that, you just didn't understand the question, it was asked whether the DLC will remain in the free version afterwards. And since the free Starter Pack only includes the Training Center, they will NOT remain in the free version afterwards because you don't own the DLC until you buy at least the standard version.

Never mind, it happens to everyone from time to time.
So if you have a permanent Gamepass anyway, I would personally wait for an 80% sale and then go for the standard version or maybe even the deluxe version.
If you only have Gamepass sporadically, I would consider whether I would rather buy 3 months of Gamepass or the standard version to keep the three routes and continue playing. Everyone has to decide for themselves.

Yeah.
I have tsw 2, 3 and 4 on steam, so I downloaded the training centre on steam and all my routes have been added to it.
If I want to play the new routes I'll play em on gamepass as I just don't play often enough :)

Yeah I just trialed it on Gamepass for $1. The Trial only last for 2 weeks though, and those Routes did NOT make me want to purchase it or even renew my Gamepass.

Maybe if they chose a bit more variety and excitement for these Base Game Routes instead of just "iconic" locations that are booooooring aaassssssss ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tbh.
