- Uninstall all mods
- Remove all engine.ini settings you added
- Make sure to fully update Windows
- Make sure to fully update the drives for the graphics card
- Check if your computer meets the minimum requirements for TSW
- Make sure to have some room on your harddisks
- Verify the game cache
- Restart your computer
If this does not work, you may have another issue with your computer. It is very unlikely the game causes the issue
no mods installed

Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000020c274b0000

Any files here that have been edited and any errors in them will cause issues,
C:\Users\ [your name here] \Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld5\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Also, have you changed your AV, Windows Defender, and the firewall will also cause issues, along with Windows UAC, if the game can't connect to the internet and to DTG it could cause issues, you can try giving the game Admin Rights.
I play in Linux through Steam and I have no mods, no ini's, no nothing but Steam Proton (version 9.0) and Vulkan shaders
My version of Linux doesn't look much different than windows and I play most native windows games through Steam.
Logitec controllers work fine on the PC such as the wheel and pedals when I play ETS2, so I am happy.

And that is what matters, you are happy, not a fan of current Windows, but it's easy for me at this stage in my gaming life :) but I may just look at an easy Linux to use, if that makes sense 😁
