I have never found a use for them myself, group is in high 20s now, and so far I just sold them.

Yeah, basically almost everything can be sold. Items with benefits will say so in their description. It's up to you to decide if you want to use or sell them. One exception are the special treasures you find which are worth a lot of gold, but are need as sacrifices for the god altars to get perma blessings. I wouldn't recommend to sell those. Anyway, the game will tell you with a popup when you find one of them.

Ya, I would not sell those items (although it is tempting). The Gods are quite grateful for those trinkets.

The wording again throws me a little. Says something about "It may have some value in crafting", which may make one think "Will I be able to use this to craft something?". Aka hold on to them vs sell.

Yeah, that is what I was wondering, too. Is there crafting? Are they useful at all? If not, I'm just going to sell them.

There is no crafting in the game I've seen.

Can this be donated at The Well Of Souls?

Yeah, you can toss anything into the Well of Souls for Xp. If you have the Talisman of Golot, then your energy will go up too and you can turn that into Gold.

Very Often, you get more gold from tossing small items into the Well and converting it into gold than you do by selling them. This is especially true with Shurikens, which can easily reach 100.
