Lots of suggestions/tweaks!

Firstly, this game is super fun! It has a nice spin on the lethal formula and many original ideas that make it a standalone game. with that being said, there's a few things that need to get looked into.

Lanterns: After playing a few rounds and seeing what works and what doesn't, there's no reason to even have a lantern if you stick together. Torches last infinitely as long as you find wall torches to reignite (which there's a lot of), and lanterns do not last nearly as long as one would think. Your better off selling them early for 30 bones each for emergency funds. Torches also fend off tall guy and removes bugs, which again gives you no reason to hold a lantern.

My suggestion: Make lanterns last twice as long, but allow players to buy oil from the store for 30, and decrease the lantern sell price to 20, so there's not an infinite supply of light without a price. Make the lantern fend off the tall guy and crawly dog.

Pushing the cart: I don't see a reason to not just push the cart the whole time and save up your crystals for outdoor dog/monster situations, unless this is the point and we're playing the game wrong. Nonetheless, it seems like you can just... push the cart for a long time and not worry about grabbing items. I pushed all the way to the first gate with no consequence. Yes, there is an ogre that follows you after a certain time, but the gate keeps him at bay after playing a few rounds of hide and seek.

Suggestion: Make prolonged pushing of the wagon take a permanent toll on stamina (fatigue) until they acquire medicine from the merchant. Adds something else to the store, enforces the game-play loop, and removes some exploits.

Celestial compass: we had it, we tried it, but its not worth the 200 tag. Since dungeons are random, sometimes your led into an incorrect corridor with the directions it gives you. With everything else i mentioned, your better off selling items and reviving people, or just pushing the cart for a fair amount of time.

Id make it 150 since its still valuable to have, but not indispensable. By adding the lantern oil to the store, this will also not make it impossible to get.
