how many times i need to do the compass thing??

Well i know how to do them and well i do it one time and 2 new maps appeared i do it them too (nothing diferent from the others maps i want to say)

but now i see i can do again the compass thing. and well... title question and thx for answer :).

i followed one guide that show me how to choice the correct directions. and yes was this guide, but how many times i need to do it???

Just once to get the new stuff opened. On the load screen, all the gems at the bottom should be an X and then you're done.

nope they change again to a random all again. (i unlocked 2 new maps when i do it all on X) then they change again to all random.

That is not how it works. You have to do it once for every compass map.

The compasses must be completed three times in total to unlock all of the rewards for doing so. In the ArmorGames web version, they had to be cleared 11 times, so the change to the Steam version is a definite upgrade. You'll know you're done with the compasses if the gems on the loading screen no longer appear.

Note that you also get some mid-level talisman fragments from the compass, which may be useful if you don't have a complete talisman yet.

This was assumed as there are several compass maps. Not just 1 map for everything. I guess you really need to spell it out. The guide even mentions FOR EACH MAP.

i mean my first time doing the compass thing i do it X7 the last one now i should choice the last one for example C2??? and then repeat 4 more times whit the other coordenates??

or just i need to put them all on correct direction 2 more times and never do again that compass thing??
