From my experience X5 is doable at 60 fields cleared with that dual gem so try it out. My skills were: (top 2 rows only, no skill points were invested in the bottom 3 row)
9 6 6 2 9
0 0 3 3 0
With 185 fields of skill points you can definitely spend more skill points than that and start with a grade 5 gem. As a reference my completed IW save my skills are as follows:
21_12_12__9__0
_0__0_12_12__0
Individual fields:
P6: This is an single entrance, open field so start close to the entrance and do some mazing after the first few waves.
Q8: You pretty much have no choice on your defence setup here. You can still delay the enemy flow with some walls though.
X7: Evilest normal field in the whole game with hard to defend paths and insane monster traits. Block off the orb on one side, and focus on the other. For this field I suggest starting with 2 grade 4 yellow-white dual gems and combine them into 1 gem later after the initial swarmling fields
PS: Feel free to ask with more information if you need more specific help.
