In the meantime does verifying integrity of game files, doing a clean install, or choosing DX11 or 12 help the issue?

Can you tell me if the crashing issue is fixed now?
If it doesn't fix the issue for you, I'd recommend your crew to tick the new "Reduced network usage" (or equivalent in your language) option in the settings, it might help!
Me and my friends did try the game but we keep crashing since last update. It is always the host that crash first, sometimes but rarely other members of the ship.
