Lost weapon power and evolution

When i login today i don´t have the same power i have yesterday and when i go to the weapons they lost too anthe the characters as well the i tried to login again and i lost even more power.

Same case, my first slot of character has less power. I put legendary gems and nothing. Chakram evolution don't do anything, not less power or give more power. Fix please.
