Am I crazy or (Prisoners Chance)
Is the Prisoners Chance multi in the Multiplier Stat page not representative of the actual chance to obtain a prisoner from destroying enemies? I have 21% chance multiplier but it sure as hell doesn't feel that way.

It is actually multiplicative. The base prisoner drop chance is 0.000005%. 1.21 times 0.000005% is roughly 0.000006%, still nothing. For all practical purposes, you won't get any non-pity prisoners before reaching normal difficulty (based on the usual game progression curve).
