Question about antimatter QoL mining

For the "mine a slot 10 times per second" upgrade, is that 10 times your pickaxe damage, or just 10 damage flat which would be less than what pickaxe can do? And is it only a single slot that can be mined that way at a time? Debating whether it's worth purchasing that QoL as a F2P or if it's basically useless

As far as I can see, it's pickaxe (click) damage. And it does work with the Triple Mine upgrade.

It works exactly like leaving an auto clicker on that mineral you click. Including the game's hard cap of 10 clicks on a mineral per second. Not really needed because auto mines and pick strength for auto mines (BH9+ perk) will get better than click mine with 2 auto mine double speeds, even better with all 3. It isn't useless but there's lots of stuff I would grab before that.

It's 10 clicks per second, if your damage is 4, then it's 40 damage per second. Also works while offline
