Farm Tribe was out quite recently too, but there's still some work to be done, in my opinion. It's still a good game. I'll take a look at Finders. I'm always looking for games like that, but it's pretty rare...
The closer I found, with a RPG twist, was Hero of the Kingdom. The second part is actually in a bundle right now ( https://www.indiegala.com/steamulating ).
Also the Westward series, Artist Colony, Gemini Lost, and Little Folk of Faery.
